Responsibilities:
Support Learning Programs: Assist early childhood educators in delivering activities and routines that encourage children's physical, mental, emotional, and social growth.
Facilitate Engagement: Lead or help with interactive experiences such as storytelling, singing, and creating arts and crafts.
Prepare Daily Spaces: Set up rooms and organize furniture for meals, play, and rest times.
Promote Self-Care Skills: Help children develop independence in eating, dressing, and using the toilet.
Document Observations: Record observations about children's behavior and progress to share with educators or supervisors.
Maintain a Safe Environment: Help with cleaning, organizing, and basic cooking to keep the daycare space safe and functional.
Participate in Team Discussions: Join regular staff meetings to share updates on children's needs, progress, and challenges.
Assist with Record-Keeping: Help educators or supervisors with administrative tasks such as maintaining attendance and development records, as needed.
