Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of
sales staff and cashiers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assign tasks and create staff
work schedules to optimize coverage and productivity.
Authorize customer payments,
refunds, and merchandise returns according to company policies.
Address and resolve customer
concerns, supply shortages, and other operational challenges promptly and
effectively.
Monitor inventory levels, place
orders for merchandise, and ensure stock is well-maintained.
Prepare and maintain reports on
sales performance, inventory, staffing, and other operational metrics.
Participate in the hiring and
training of new sales staff; monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback.
Ensure that store presentation
meets visual merchandising standards, including displays, signage, and
cleanliness.
Perform sales and customer
service duties alongside staff when required.
May carry out key holder and
managerial responsibilities such as opening/closing the store, handling
escalated issues, developing marketing initiatives, and signing for deliveries.
