Responsibilities:
Perform floor maintenance by sweeping,
mopping, washing, waxing, and polishing.
Dust
furniture and clean carpets, rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture using a
vacuum.
Prepare
guest rooms by making beds, changing sheets, and replenishing towels and
toiletries.
Respond to
guest requests for additional supplies.
Maintain and
organize linen closets and other supply storage areas.
Clean,
disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures, appliances, and surfaces.
Sanitize
public areas such as changing rooms, showers, and elevators.
Disinfect
sensitive areas like operating rooms in healthcare settings.
Collect
debris, empty trash containers, and dispose of waste.
Wash
windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain cleanliness.
Report and
safely store lost and found items.
Provide
guests with basic information regarding facilities.
Address and
resolve any complaints or concerns raised by guests.
