Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of light-duty, industrial, or specialized cleaners and janitors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Inspect sites or facilities regularly to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
• Hire, train, and onboard cleaning staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Prepare work schedules and coordinate activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare budgets, estimate costs, and maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning services.
• Handle payments for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform certain cleaning duties as required to support the team.
