Responsibilities

Tasks

Supervise and organize sales personnel and cashier operations Allocate tasks to sales staff and create work schedules Authorize payments and merchandise returns Resolve various issues including customer inquiries, complaints, and inventory shortages Manage inventory levels and initiate merchandise orders Generate reports on sales metrics, merchandising, and staff-related matters Recruit, train, and monitor performance of new sales team members Ensure store maintains visual standards and cleanliness May assist with tasks of supervised workers May undertake managerial responsibilities including store opening/closing, addressing escalated complaints, devising marketing strategies, and receiving deliveries.
