  1. Responsibilities:  

    1. Handle telephone, in-person, or electronic inquiries, or direct them to the appropriate individual.
    2. Prepare a variety of documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations, forms, and applications.
    3. Process incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically.
    4. Photocopy, collate, and distribute documents and file and mail materials.
    5. Send and receive messages and documents via fax or email.
    6. Maintained office supply inventory, ordered necessary supplies, and coordinated the servicing of office equipment.
    7. Assist in preparing meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate minutes.
    8. Provide support with administrative tasks such as budget preparation, contract management, and work schedule coordination.
    9. Sort, process, and verify receipts, expenditures, and other forms and documents.
    10. Coordinate workflow for other office support staff as needed.
    11. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and making bank deposits.
