Responsibilities:
Organize work schedules and assign responsibilities to team members based on store needs.
Approve transactions such as customer refunds, exchanges, and other payment-related matters.
Address and resolve customer concerns, staff issues, and product or supply shortages promptly.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate the ordering of merchandise to maintain adequate inventory.
Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, merchandising strategies, and personnel updates.
Participate in hiring processes, provide onboarding and training for new staff, and monitor ongoing performance.
Maintain store presentation by ensuring that displays, signage, and cleanliness meet visual standards.
Assist on the sales floor as needed, performing similar duties to those of team members.
Handle key management tasks including opening/closing the store, resolving escalated complaints, accepting deliveries, and supporting marketing and promotional activities.
